私隱政策
摘要：本應用程式只收集運作所必需的資料，不會出售，不會用於廣告用途，亦沒有任何第三方追蹤工具。你可隨時在應用程式內永久刪除帳戶及所有紀錄。
1. 適用範圍
本政策說明「一Take過」流動應用程式（下稱「本應用程式」）如何收集、使用、儲存及披露你的個人資料。本應用程式的營運者（下稱「我們」）可透過本政策第 9 節所載的電郵地址聯絡。
我們按照香港法例第486章《個人資料（私隱）條例》處理個人資料。
2. 我們收集的資料
2.1 未登入時
本應用程式容許你在不開設帳戶的情況下使用。在此情況下，你的練習紀錄只會儲存於你的裝置內，不會上傳至我們的伺服器。
2.2 開設帳戶後

2.3 我們不會收集的資料
- 我們不會收集你的位置、通訊錄、相片、日曆或任何裝置檔案。
- 我們不會收集你的付款卡資料。所有付款均由 Apple 處理，我們無法查閱亦不會接收你的信用卡或其他付款方式資料。
- 本應用程式沒有廣告，不使用廣告識別碼（IDFA），亦沒有跨應用程式或跨網站追蹤。
- 本應用程式沒有安裝任何第三方分析或行為追蹤工具。
3. 資料儲存地點
已登入用戶的資料儲存於 Supabase Inc. 提供的雲端資料庫，伺服器位於新加坡（ap-southeast-1），即你的資料會傳送並儲存於香港境外。資料傳輸採用 TLS 加密，並以資料庫層級的存取規則（Row Level Security）限制每個帳戶僅可讀取其本身的資料。
4. 資料披露
我們不會出售你的個人資料，亦不會為第三方的營銷用途而披露。資料僅在下列情況下提供予第三方：
- Apple：核實購買收據以開通通行證；以及你選擇經 Apple 登入時的身分驗證。
- Google：你選擇經 Google 帳戶登入時的身分驗證。
- Supabase：作為我們的資料庫及認證服務供應商（資料處理者）。
- 法律要求：在香港法律、法院命令或執法機關依法要求的情況下。
5. 保留期限及刪除
資料會一直保留，直至你刪除帳戶為止。
刪除方法：在應用程式內選擇「我的 → 刪除帳戶」。此操作會即時永久刪除你的帳戶、練習紀錄、錯題本、分析資料及購買紀錄，於我們的伺服器及你的裝置上均不會保留，且無法復原。
請注意：如你仍持有未到期的通行證，刪除帳戶將導致該通行證一併失效，恕不退款，亦無法轉移至新帳戶。Apple 基於稅務及交易紀錄要求而保存的購買資料，不受我們的刪除操作影響。
6. 你的權利
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你有權查閱及改正我們所持有關於你的個人資料。本應用程式已提供查閱（所有紀錄均在應用程式內顯示）、改正（可於設定內修改顯示名稱、考試類別及考試日期）及刪除功能。如需以其他方式提出要求，請電郵至 [email protected]。
7. 兒童
本應用程式為香港地產代理專業資格考試而設，對象為成年考生，並非以兒童為對象，我們亦不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。
8. 政策更新
如本政策有重大修改，我們會在本頁更新生效日期，並在應用程式內以顯眼方式通知。

Privacy Policy (English)
Summary: We collect only what the app needs to work. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use any third-party tracking or analytics SDK. You can permanently delete your account and all records from inside the app at any time.
What we collect
The app is usable without an account; in that mode all practice data stays on your device and is never uploaded.
If you create an account, we store: your email address and the identifier supplied by Apple or Google sign-in; a display name, exam track and exam date that you set; your practice attempts (question, chosen option, correct or incorrect, time taken, and mode); wrong-answer notebook state; daily activity counts; purchase records including product id, transaction id, purchase and expiry timestamps, and the App Store receipt; and any question reports you submit.
We do not collect location, contacts, photos, calendars, or device files. We never receive your card or payment details — all payment is handled by Apple. There is no advertising identifier and no cross-app or cross-site tracking.
Where it is stored
Account data is stored in a Supabase-hosted database in Singapore (ap-southeast-1), so data is transferred outside Hong Kong. Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), and database Row Level Security restricts each account to its own rows.
Disclosure
We do not sell personal data or disclose it for third-party marketing. Data is shared only with Apple (receipt validation and Sign in with Apple), Google (Google sign-in), Supabase (our database and authentication processor), and where required by Hong Kong law.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained until you delete your account, which you may do at any time via 我的 → 刪除帳戶 in the app. Deletion is immediate, permanent, covers both our servers and your device, and cannot be undone. An unexpired pass is forfeited on deletion, without refund and without transfer to another account. Purchase records that Apple retains for its own tax and transaction purposes are outside our control.
Your rights
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) you may access and correct the personal data we hold about you. Access, correction and deletion are all available in the app; for other requests, email [email protected].
Children
The app is intended for adult candidates sitting Hong Kong estate agency licensing examinations and is not directed at children.
